How It Happened

After the success of my 2024 series, I decided to bring it back in 2025.

I reached out to the same community chat to get more creators on board, ensuring I included the people who wanted to be in the first series but missed out at the last minute.

Like the first series, I handled all the design, organisation, and marketing, creating another round of three collaborative Instagram carousels.

This time, the very first post saw a significant increase in traffic. Driven entirely by my own marketing efforts and design choices, the opening carousel gained massive traction, reaching over 16,000 views with 91.% being non-followers and high engagement, leading to the interview publication gaining over 4-figure reads.

For me, seeing both series consistently hit over 4-digit reads was proof that you don't need a massive budget to increase awareness, just a solid layout, the right community, and a clear creative direction.

Fizzy Mag article feature titled 10 Sustainable Influencers You NEED To Be Following In 2024

How It Happened

I wanted to create a summer series centred around sustainability, that connected the eco world with a modern, trendy online presence to help younger audiences gain interest in conscious living.

I pitched the idea in a sustainable community influencer chat, explaining that I needed 10 people to answer questions, which I would then condense into single, focused answers alongside introductions of each creator.

A large number of people responded. I narrowed it down to a diverse mix of 10 influencers, promising those who missed a spot that they would be included for the next series if this one was a success...and it was!

I organised, designed, and managed the whole project, launching it through three Instagram carousel collaborations with the influencers.

It did incredibly well, drawing in over 4-figure reads.

Seeing how much the community engaged with the first series made it obvious that this shouldn't be a one-off project, which is exactly why I decided to bring it back the following summer.
